For the preparation of the pancakes themselves, we will need zucchini. Using a blender, first turn it into a puree, adding a little water. We will also need:
- 2 cups zucchini puree
- ¼ Art. almond
- ¼ Art. Flaxseed
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- sea salt to taste.
- Grind nuts and seeds, mix with mashed zucchini, add oil, put on the tile.
- Dry for 6 hours on a tile or in a dehydrator. Here it is important not to overdry the pancakes, we need them to remain soft and to wrap the stuffing in them.
Zucchini Fritter Sauce
To prepare the sauce, we need the following products:
- 1 fresh tomato
- several slices of dried or dried tomatoes
- 1 tsp mustard (peas)
- 2 tbsp. mustard oil
- lemon juice
- sea salt to taste
