Cakes are loved by women, men, children and adults alike. Good or bad, is it good for health or not - again a double-edged sword. But the fact that it gives everyone great pleasure is a fact. So what's the point, let's make a chocolate brownie cake.
A little help - what is brownie?
Brownies, the recipe of which may vary by different chefs, may have the consistency of a cake, cupcake or cookie.
When serving, it is cut into small square pieces with the intact chocolate flavor with ground nuts and the unique aroma of chocolate and vanilla.
There are many recipes for making brownies. The one that I offer you is very simple and really tested-tasty.
We will need the following ingredients:
- about ¾ Art. cocoa beans,
- 1 tbsp. walnuts,
- 0.5 tbsp. dates,
- vanilla stick about 4 cm or 1/3 tsp. vanillin
All grind in a blender and put in silicone molds. Another 2 hours to dry on the tile. So they get denser. You can not dry. It is possible to form a thicker layer for drying, and then cut it into small squares.
Classic Chocolate Brownie Recipe
If the first recipe was for syroedov, vegans and for those who follow health and figure, then this recipe is for those who have no problems with figure, metabolism, and all other problems and problems of modern man. 16-18 small brownies
- 300 g of Bitter Chocolate (75% is better to use)
- 240 g Butter
- 260-300 g of sugar (if using less bitter chocolate - add less)
- 5 eggs
- 1-2 hours l. Vanilla Extract (can be replaced with vanilla sugar or vanilla from the pod)
- 140-150 g of Flour
- 1 tbsp. l Coffee
- 120-140 g of Nuts (Pecan or Walnut)
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Finely break the chocolate and put it in a water bath together with pieces of butter. We give a little melt, not stirring, and then bring everything to homogeneity, stirring so that the mixture does not overheat. Remove from the water bath and let cool to almost room temperature, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, beat the eggs with sugar, adding vanilla extract. The result should be a light, airy and completely homogeneous mass.
Pour the chocolate mixture into a separate deep bowl and gently mix the sugar-egg there. Parts, mixing thoroughly.
Sift flour and mix with finely ground coffee. Then we interfere with the remaining ingredients.
At the very end, add crushed (not powder) nuts. Mix well and brownie dough is ready!
Heat-resistant form (ideally square) or a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Pour the dough and distribute it evenly over the entire area.
Bake brownies for 25-30 minutes depending on the thickness of the dough in the form. The main thing - do not overdry! Ideally, the finished dessert should have a crust on top and bottom, and inside it should make a gentle, slightly moist and creamy chocolate filling. In this case, it is better to not bake than perepech.
Getting the brownies out of the oven, let it stand for 1-2 minutes in shape (no more, so as not to overheat!), Then remove it directly in the paper and leave to cool on some kind of grid.
It is better to cut the cake in small squares already in a completely cooled, even slightly chilled, form.
